Hwasa from Mamamoo Truffle Jjajang Ramen

Ingredients

- A pack of chapagetti instant ramen
- 1 Egg (yoke only) 
- Truffle Powder (I bought mine at Trader Joe's)
- Truffle Oil

Directions

(She also explains how to make it on Home Alone ep. 282)

1. Boil the amount of water as directed from on the pacage

2. Put in the vegetable packet in the boiling water

3. Add the noodle and let the water boil down until noodles are separated

4. Add the seasoning packet

5. Boil the noodles until water has reduced and has turned into a thicker sauce

6. Add a generous amount of truffle oil to the noodles

7. Put noodles into a bowl, take 1 egg yoke and pour it onto the noodles

8. Mix all together and season with additional truffle powder

My thoughts after making this...

tldr; I thought it would be weird, but it's actually really good!

When I first tried this recipe I was really unsure how it was going to taste. I've never eaten anything with raw egg mixed before, but it actually turned out really tasty. The egg didn't cook at all, rather it made the noodles extra creamy! When Hwasa made her ramen she put a TON of truffle oil into it, but to avoid putting as much oil I opted for adding extra truffle powder instead.
